lactose.help on BX1: when lactose intolerance takes the spotlight on "Il y a du Neuf"
We had the pleasure of presenting lactose.help on the set of BX1, during the show "Il y a du Neuf" on Bonjour Bruxelles: the daily morning segment that shines a light on new initiatives from Brussels.
Why this appearance matters to us
Lactose intolerance affects a significant portion of the population, yet the same reflex persists: "You're intolerant? Cut out dairy." It's a shortcut that leads millions of people to deprive themselves unnecessarily.
The message we came to deliver on the set is simple but essential: lactose intolerance does not mean deprivation. It's about adaptation : knowing which products to consume, in what quantity, and at what time.
What we talked about
During the interview, we were able to cover the main pillars of lactose.help:
- The book, which provides all the keys to understanding lactose intolerance and adapting your diet on a daily basis, without frustration.
- The app, which lets you scan products on the shelf and instantly know whether they're compatible with your tolerance level.
- The mission: simplifying the lives of lactose intolerant people in their everyday routine.
Thank you, BX1
A big thank you to the entire BX1 team and the Bonjour Bruxelles editorial staff for this wonderful exchange and for giving our project the spotlight. "Il y a du Neuf" is an invaluable showcase for initiatives that aim to make a difference in people's daily lives, and we're proud to have been part of it.
